Shipping Rates and Policies

We offer FREE shipping in UK only.
PLEASE NOTE - that we currently ship to the UK only.  For other destinations, please contact us for a quote.  For Standard Delivery within the UK, Items will be sent by recorded delivery and signed for upon arrival by Royal Mail (Usually within 3 weeks of payment confirmation). This service gives our customers peace of mind as there is assurance that your items will arrive on time and safely at your door step. We hope to deliver within three weeks of the order being made and payment confirmed. On the unlikely event of payment not being received we would advise you by e-mail or contact phone number provided. 
 

Return  Policy

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement within the range of price of the item or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods provided they are returned within 14 days of your receiving the item. Should your item be faulty on delivery, simply contact us with details of the fault and the item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. Please be aware that for the reason of personalisation of rings and engraving, they cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty. If damaged, it can be sent off for repairs.

PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns MUST be sent back by recorded delivery. If this is not done we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent and not received. In the case of faulty goods returned within 14 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  For your confidence and security, we use PAYPAL as our payment processor.  PAYPAL operate a secure 128 bit encryption processor, guaranteeing your payment details are not compromised.  You do not need a PAYPAL account to make payment, and you will not be charged.
