and we represent the best manufacturer in Western Europe. All our rings are manufactured within the EU,
and finished by master craftspeople.
They are backed by our manufacturer’s hallmark. Should you have a production issue, we will
resolve them.
Q. How long does
it take for my rings to be delivered?
A. We guarantee
3 weeks delivery or money back on all ring orders within the UK. Should you not want the money back, and still
want to go ahead with the purchase, we will give you a further 10% discount on
the sale price to say we are sorry.

Q. Why does it
take 3 weeks when lot of jewellers sell
direct on a cash and carry basis?
A. We are not a
mass market provider. Each ring is
personalised for you, and is unique to your preferences. All our rings are produced by our Western
European manufacturer’s master craftspeople on custom orders. Each ring ordered is uniquely made to your
special specifications.
Q. What about your
prices? Are they competitive?
A. Yes. Our prices are very fair and reflect the
market. Because our members do not carry
the staff and other large retailer overheads, the savings is passed on to
you. Our ecommerce website prices are a further10%
discount on purchases through our members outlets, which reflect a savings on
costs.
Q. Is my payment
details on your ecommerce site secured?
A. Yes. Our ecommerce website is hosted by one of the
most professional ecommerce service providers, StoresOnlinePro.com. They are CISP/SDP compliant, and have an SSL
certificate provided by VeriSign. We use
PAYPAL, an independent processor to receive payments, and resolve any payment
issues. We do not have access to your
payment details, as the process is seamlessly transparent. You buy, we are paid, and the process is secured
for both of us.
Q. Why do you
use PAYPAL?
A. We use PAYPAL
for the last mile of payment, as they are the most accepted fast and trusted
credit payment method worldwide, and also do not charge you for each
transaction. You do not need a PAYPAL
account, and we will receive the payment.
Q. Do you have
any other payment methods?
A. Yes. Visiting any of our members gives you more
options, including some interest free credit. Through
our ecommerce site, the options are restricted to electronic payment or cheques
postage. However, we will not process any
orders till cheques are cleared.
Q. How do I know
my ring size?
A. There is no
substitute to measuring your ring size professionally. Our fingers change from morning to evening and

happen when you do not have a professional measurement, and we do our best to

Q. I do not
understand the Ring Size specifications.
A. There are
three measuring units US, EU ,and UK. Our preferred unit is the EU, but we can
convert from any unit provided.
Q. What is the
difference between regular and larger size rings?
A. Rings are
priced at the regular sizes. In EU
units, these are Men size 64, Women size 56.
Should your size be larger, you will be charged for the extra. A quote will be provided on request. A good trick for women is if their size is
larger, to choose a male size instead. This
however more often means they may loose the diamond option. Please contact us if you have a problem, and
we will be more than happy to solve it.
Q. How come you
do not sell engagement rings?
A. At the moment
we sell only wedding rings, as that is our speciality. We are unable to provide the same extensive
service for engagement rings, so our individual members have different
solutions for buying your engagement ring, and you may need to contact the
nearest member to you.

purchase, what next?
A. We consider
your purchase the start of the relationship, and we offer after sales
services. We appreciate your custom, and
